Inspiration from The Book of Matthew 5 - 7
This painting shows an abstract image of Jesus’ sermon to the disciples on the Mount of Beatitudes. The twelve disciples are depicted in the painting as well.
The inspiration from The Word of God was to show Christ preaching a sermon to the disciples, and they are all connected together, as we are to God. The Earth is the Lord’s Footstool, and is shown as coming back from Hades after defeating the powers of darkness and has been raised to the highest position in heaven. The Holy Trinity is shown as the three eyes on one figure. The disciples are shown as Lights to The World with their heads portrayed as spot lights, and at the same time shown as bowls for The Holy Spirit to pour power, direction and messages into our lives on a daily basis. This is an example as the way we are to be, in our character and in our body, soul and spirit. The birds in the air are a reminder that God always provides for them, and we are more important than they are. The tree’s are shown surrounding the world, as we are, and there is one producing fruit and the other is not. It is important to always be a Christian that does goodto and for others. Leads others to Salvation of Eternal Life through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior is one of the greatest things you can do in this world. Doing that is producing fruit for The Lord. Always plant The Word of God in others. Always speak Life into others. Always treat others the way you want to be treated; no matter what the situation. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind, and Love your neighbor as yourself. Just remember the song, This little light of mine, I’m gonna’ let it shine, let it shine, let it shine! In Jesus’ Name, Amen!
